When I first made these they came out kind of flat but the taste was amazing. As I made these more and more, they came out better and better. I LOVE this recipe. So, here’s my chocolate chip cookie thing. Makes 20 cookies, or more if you use one of these tiny cookie scoops. 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar. 1/2 cup (120 grams) firmly packed light brown sugar.
