Freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese and put into casserole dish or roasting pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake covered for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for additional 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
