http://mitchwargaming.blogspot.com/2014/08/airfix-172-scale-messerschmitt-bf109.html
Mitch's Wargaming and Modelmaking. Monday, 4 August 2014. Airfix 1/72 Scale Messerschmitt Bf109-E7/Trop. Here's a departure (or a return, if you like). My route to wargaming was via model aircraft. I can remember how it happened: my dad and I built an Airfix Junkers Ju88 - he built the fuselage with me watching to show me how, then I bodged up the wings! Well, here's my first completed build, Airfix's Messerschmitt Bf109-E7/Trop. The kit includes the additional tropical dust filter for the supercharger.

From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow. How soft your fields so green, can whisper tales of gore,. Of how we calmed the tides of war. We are your overlords. On we sweep with threshing oar, Our only goal will be the western shore. So now you'd better stop and rebuild all your ruins,. Led Zeppelin, "Immigrant Song".

http://mitchwargaming.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html
Mitch's Wargaming and Modelmaking. Thursday, 25 September 2014. Royal Yugoslav Air Force Hawker Fury II. Here's my latest effort: a Hawker Fury II in the markings of the Royal Yugoslav Air Force. And rigged her with Bayer perlon fishing line courtesy of a colleague. I 'm not totally happy with how the rigging points look on the wings, but I ran out of will power, and a set of brake pipes wouldn't have gone amiss, but I'm happy enough. Lots of work, but great fun. Finally, here's the token sep...Came back...

May good fortune and happiness be yours. Monday, 16 December 2013. Shields, only slightly derived from the notitia dignitatum. Now, these might not be perfect horses for the job. They represent animals that are frankly a bit too good a quality for Sub-Roman purposes. The standard of post-Roman horse flesh might not have been anything l...The h...

Mitch's Wargaming and Modelmaking: Wagons Roll!
http://mitchwargaming.blogspot.com/2014/05/wagons-roll.html
Mitch's Wargaming and Modelmaking. Saturday, 17 May 2014. For the latest Dux Brit raid, Jeff and I played the convoy game. I took the Romano-British, under a new commander, following the crushing defeat I received last time. I had my hearthguard and warriors, plus one unit of levy defending the wagons, while the rest of the levy and archers, under the command of Cei, one of my nobles, was sat in the fort. Finally one of his nobles, Cenric, managed to contact with Bedwyr, who was protected the back of the...

Where to buy our figures. HERE YOU CAN BUY OUR FIGURES. Sonntag, 2. August 2015. 74th Highlanders at Assaye. And it is the bestseller of my ranges, so it seems I am not the only one interested in this subject:-). 2 Augu...
