Ok, haven't been to the gym in a month due to expired membership and work demands. Coupled with guzzling beers on a boat and eating from interstate rest stops equals a new record. Weight up a little 155, but 6/1 body fat measurements are unfavorable. 155% body fat. super ouch. New gym expected to open 6/17 plus corporate 5k in 8 weeks plus motivation. Been playing around with myfitnesspal now for a bit. Being a data geek, I find it useful to dump the nutritional data into excel to look at trends, see food breakdowns more closely, etc. So the great thing about myfitnesspal is that you can tailor it to whatever targets you want. Ok 10/1 body fat measurements:. Still higher than what I'd like. I still advocate that a high percentage of fat loss etc is dependent on diet, but to get below that 10% threshold mandates a certain level of activity. So this summer was a big miss due to one thing compounding on another. Like a two week hedonistic beer guzzling vacation in May/June which rolled into insane work hours through July which rolled into knee injury and subsequent surgery. Return to Devaney 15/8/4?
