Sunday, February 10, 2008. Today, Honey and I hit up the 2008 San Dieguito 5K Run/Walk, and I think we rocked the hell out of it! I have never done any kind of running event, and Honey had only done a breast cancer 5K once before. We pushed ourselves and jogged and walked briskly the entire way. Our finishing time was 41.24, which isn't amazing, but for our first real event, I am so proud of us! We only decided to do this a couple of weeks ago, and did no training at all to prepare, so I think we did well.
