Rob and Rachel

Monday, August 10, 2015. We have four kids! That number just sounds crazy, but adding Bennett to our family has, so far, been a smooth transition. I need to write about his birth while it's still fresh in my mind! Bennett's due date was Sunday, August 2nd. We kept hoping it would be July, though. He had measured a little big at all his ultrasounds, and I thought he may have actually been due a few days earlier. I really didn't want to go to the hospital and be sent home. Rob dropped me off at the emergen...

Rob and Rachel: March 2015

http://www.robandrachel1.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html

Sunday, March 29, 2015. Elliott is such a joy in our family. Since we've gotten a little behind on blogging, I'm going to focus mainly on the things Elliott was doing last year, even though his personality is constantly developing. I just want to remember a little about what he was like as a 1-2 year old, and I'll add more recent photos soon. He loves making people laugh by funny faces or noises. He also loves scaring them and getting a reaction. He was very nervous around animals and would cry and screa...

Rob and Rachel: April 2015

http://www.robandrachel1.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html

Tuesday, April 28, 2015. We planned to go to Sunnyside to spend Thanksgiving with Rob's family, but we changed plans at the last minute when the twins got sick. With a newborn at Amber's house, we decided to keep our germs to ourselves. We always enjoy having Thanksgiving at home and usually make the exact same meal when we do! Collin helping me peel the eggs for deviled eggs. We were lucky to have Rob's parents come visit the day after Thanksgiving, and it snowed! Time to bring out the Christmas box!

Rob and Rachel: January 2013

http://www.robandrachel1.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html

Monday, January 28, 2013. January is almost over, and I'm finally blogging about December! The only way I can remember details is by going through my pictures, so here it goes. (I'm also going to label which twin is which, left to right, in each picture). Daddy feeding the boys! Usually, I give them their bottles just as lovingly. . . But sometimes I have to multitask. Don't judge. (Elliott left, Tru right in both of the above). Always the fashionable one. This picture was taken on 12/12/12 at 12:12:12!

Rob and Rachel: April 2013

http://www.robandrachel1.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html

Tuesday, April 30, 2013. Spring is here and we're loving the longer days and the warmer weather. Rob is back to a full school schedule- since he took the "split" option, the last 3 quarters were a reduced course load and it was awesome- but now he's back to being gone until dinner time every weekday. He was offsited to a clinic in Gresham for his internship, and he loves what he does. He always seems to have lots of exams to study for, and school keeps him pretty busy. Best dad with his three look-alikes.

We can't wait to see you again, we had so much fun! Posted by chelsea elizabeth. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Boys will be boys. Mommy and her boys. Rub a dub dub. Boys Will Be Boys: November 2008

http://chelseaandboys.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html

Boys Will Be Boys. Lovelaughter.lots of trouble. Sunday, November 30, 2008. My little bug Cashis FINALLY started crawling today! It's definitely not the usual normal crawl, it's how I imagine a worm would crawl! He really moves his body like a little worm, but it gets him where he needs to go. I imagine that in a few days he'll start to get the traditional ways of crawling down, but it is cute! It may also have a little tiny bit to do with the fact that I am sad to see my baby grow up). A few weeks ago m...

The Grothaus Family

http://rdgrothaus.blogspot.com/2012/09/i-recently-saw-post-on-facebook-that.html

Sunday, September 9, 2012. I recently saw a post on Facebook that listed the top 5 most stressful jobs. I was surprised to see that 'resident' wasn't listed on it (therefore, I couldn't take it seriously and assumed it was created by an unofficial source :-p). Reuben worked basically 4 weeks straight. That's 28, 14 hour (minimum) workdays without even one break. I'm happy with how it turned out. I'm one lucky lady! Reuben then took me to the Georgia Aquarium, in Atlanta. What an experience! I'm amazed by...

The Grothaus Family: May 2012

http://rdgrothaus.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html

Saturday, May 12, 2012. Life has been exciting! At the end of April we celebrated Reuben's 30th birthday. We both had the day off and we were grateful we were able to spend his day together (last year I skipped his b-day to go on a cruise with my sisters :-p). Last year with my beautiful sisters - how could I resist? Reuben and I were able to spend a few days visiting our soon-to-be new home in Rome, GA. It was a busy couple of days of house hunting. We did fine time to explore the city, which I ...It's ...

The Grothaus Family: Update of our house

http://rdgrothaus.blogspot.com/2012/07/update-of-our-house.html

Monday, July 23, 2012. Update of our house. Reuben has asked me a couple of times if I've posted pics of the house on our blog yet. Now, I can tell him that I have. :). So this house has been a LOT of work! This isn't originally how I wanted the pictures presented, but it'll have to do! Also, I can't figure out why my pictures won't be centered (I know, click it, push 'center' - that deletes them.). I think I need a basic Blogging for Dummies class. :-p. I then tried to use it in the dining room, and don...

The Batemans: March 2013

http://chelseabateman.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html

Just thoughts and updates on our little family! Monday, March 25, 2013. St Patricks Day and more. Benson was the first to see what the Leprechaun did while we napped on St Patricks Day. Kimber was next to see what he had done! The Leprechaun made one of our pots and one of our pitchers magical and the water turned green when we put it in them. That was one tricky Leprechaun! I had my hair done on Saturday and was taking pictures of it and Kimber decided to join in! That is how things are going here!

The Batemans: September 2014

http://chelseabateman.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

Just thoughts and updates on our little family! Monday, September 8, 2014. Today was McKay's first (highly anticipated) day of preschool. He was so excited to go and did not have a problem leaving me! I really am not surprised by that at all! McKay was excited to show off his silly face! In class it was pretty hard to get a decent picture of him as he just wanted to check everything out! Kimber was super excited to go to school. McKay was more than ready to have a picture taken! The Batemans: Grade 2!

http://chelseabateman.blogspot.com/2014/09/grade-2.html

Just thoughts and updates on our little family! Tuesday, September 2, 2014. First day of School! I can't believe that it is already here. I am slightly in denial that summer is really over! Benson is excited and nervous to be back in school. He is in a new school this year but he has a friend from church in his class so we are excited for that. After a breakfast of champions. We drove part way to the school and walked the rest so we took a few pictures along the way! September 2, 2014 at 10:46 AM.

Saturday, April 28, 2012. Shortly after my birthday in October of last year, Rob and I went on a cruise to the western Carribean with a few of our friends. Sadly since it is so long ago I can't remember all the details, which stops were made first etc. I do remember that we went to Belize, Cozamel, Roautan, and Grand Cayman. We had the best time! Rob was awesome and took care of me! We went to the Mayan temples which was way cool! Boat rides through jungles, hung out all day at the beach! Ordered extra f...

Rob and Rachel Badman | The Seeds Project

Rob and Rachel Badman. Rob and Rachel Badman first wrote a song together in 2010 – just as friends desiring to seek God and to honour Him. They didn’t realise that a few years later they would be married, and prompted to share their songs with the world. They seek to lead people to an encounter with God’s Presence through their music, and to write simple and creative songs that others can use to worship their Maker. Of The Seeds Project today. The Hunt's

Thursday, June 16, 2011. Here are a couple of highlights from our summer already! Robs aunt and uncle from Mississippi took a little vacation (probably from melting in the heat of the south) and blessed us all with a Cajun Boil! There is nothing like fresh shrimp from the sea. One afternoon Rob thought it was a good idea to let the boys run around in a mud puddle by our house. lets just say he got to clean up :). We are so excited to have family and friends over to enjoy it with us!
