Sunday, November 20, 2011. After all the anxiety, the surgery went extremely well and David was such an amazing trooper. We thought he would be down and out and resting on the couch for days, but he sprung right back to his normal self within a few hours.and our biggest task has been telling him to "calm down and relax" a bit! It is so amazing how resilient children can be! Thank you also for making all the wonderful meals for us! Thanks also to Grandpa Dave for letting us borrow her for a few days!

Wednesday, March 30, 2011. The Big, Easy, NOLA and Lindsey and Rick's Wedding. Nicole's youngest sister, Lindsey married Rick on March 18th. As a result, we had the perfect excuse to travel to New Orleans for a week. David Dohn, Rob and I went out fishing. While David caught the most fish, and Rob was the founding member of the exotic fish club, I caught the biggest fish, a 25 lb Black Drum. Monday, June 13, 2011. Children's Museum Friday, Teddy Bear Park and Target Field on Saturday. Not sure how our weekends keep staying so busy. Nicole took David to the Children's museum on Friday night. While they did that, I went to the Twins Game with some coworkers. Before the game, I had the opportunity to meet Gary Gaetti. For non-baseball fans, he was with the Twins in 1987, was MVP of the ALCS that year). On Saturday, we headed over the Teddy Bear Park. Monday, June 6, 2011. Going for a drive.

Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Was May 1st really the last post? It has been far too long since the last post. Our old computer left us some time ago and it has taken longer than expected to restore all items to original conditions. Everyone is doing well here. David is a blur of energy, motion and words. May went by very quickly. We were fortunate and able to take a vacation to San Diego. Here is David on one of our last nights. After California, David and Nicole were off to Grand Forks to celebrate Dylan.

Monday, October 31, 2011. The boys were so cute in their Halloween costumes this morning. Today is my first day back to work and when David asked me what I was going to be for Halloween, I said Work Mom. I like stay at home and snuggle with my kids mom better! Monday, January 10, 2011. OK, OK it has been awhile. It seems like we have really been on the run since our last post. I guess that is life with a 2 year old. All is well with our family. David is growing and learning. We are very excited as he is doing great with potty training! Really do not miss changing diapers. Here are some photos. We had the opportunity to spend a long Halloween weekend in Phoenix. Here David is walking down a trail at the resort. David had the opportunity to try bowling.
