As some of you know, Rowan had the opportunity of a lifetime a few months ago, when he went to tour the State Capitol, participated as an honorary member of the Defense and Veterans Affairs Committee, was presented during sessions on both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and actually got to hit the gavel during session! Just look at these treasures.
