Monday, November 5, 2007. Two months of down time. Following my sore knee I got hit with the flu just around the time I wanted to start running again. This was no ordinary flu as it knocked me out for a good three weeks or so. At its worse I still only took say 2 days off work, but it just lingered around forever and left me with little energy. I have noticed that my fitness has unfortunately dropped off as the comfortable pace is quite a lot slower that before, though as I am back cycling again to work (so happy it's spring!
