Reinventing the Run: December 2014
http://iantorrence.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
IT'S MUCH MORE THAN JUST ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. She was the dog that was supposed to live forever. However, this was the only command she would disobey. I found “Z” at the Jackson County Animal Shelter in Phoenix, Oregon. Along with her brothers and sisters, she had been left in a cardboard box along a city curb. That would be the last time she’d ever ride back seat. I relented, opened the kennel door, and she crawled into bed with me. She was like Velcro to my side.

Just Another Running Blog. Saturday, October 20, 2012. October 20, 2012 - R2R2R Results - Full Write Up to Follow. It was a BRUTAL day in the Canyon. I battled 95 degree heat most of the day which led to massive cramping. At the halfway point, I was around 3:19. and on pace to break the record, but shortly before, the cramps had started. The second half of the day was pretty rough, but I managed to get out in 7hrs 36min. It's almost 24hrs later and I am still cramping. CRAZY! Bagdaddy - Zach Thomas.

West of Sasabe, Day 1 (Day 6 of BorderVenture). By about 7am I had begun the ole run-walk routine along that all-too-familiar metal and concrete monstrosity we call the border fence. Maybe 20 minutes later I broke off from the eastward path, greatly appreciative of the advice...
