I want to contribute it to age, tho, that seems selfish and unrealistic. Life lessons and giggles for Running after 40. I took yesterday off from my training. So I set out and completed 11 miles. Knees hurt. I’ll have to discuss that with my chiropractor next visit. Life lessons and giggles for Running after 40. Be Still & Listen. So what kind of runner are you? November 8, 2013. Well, I’ve been hiding out for the past 2 weeks. Pouting for the most part. Boot camp Thursday and then again today. It’s not what I want to do, but until my leg heals, it will have to do. I have a race in 4 weeks. I really want to do it too. I ran the last three with her the we both did two after that. So I ran five miles and it was so easy! Whew good thing since my. Marathon is in like 5 weeks and I havnt ran since march. Eek!
