These have now come to be known as 'Munros' and many mountaineers spend their weekends and holidays ticking off the mountains on this list. Our area also includes the magnificent 'Fisherfield Forest' with a further 5 Munros to knock off your list. More on climbing in the area.

However, the secret couldn't last forever and now this Mecca of rock is available for all to use. With such a vast array of routes there are grades to suite all abilities and all within easy access - some within 10 mins drive from Sail Mhor Croft.
