Local Code Adoption Project. The Salmonberry Trail local code adoption project was funded by a grant from the Oregon Transporation and Growth Management (TGM) Program. TGM is a joint effort of the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Oregon Department of Land Conservation Development (DLCD). The Port of Tillamook Bay (POTB) is managing the code project on behalf of these two agencies. ODOT contracted with DKS and Parametrix to conduct this effort. Coastal Segment Master Planning Project.

In the foothills of the Cascade mountains of northern Oregon there is a small rain forest valley that is home to the Villages at Mount Hood. At the end of the road near the village of Welches is our home, Salmonberry Springs, and our Dancing Bear guest cottage. The cottage has one bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom and living room looking out over a duck pond and the parklike setting of Salmonberry Springs. The cottage is a wonderful place to relax or explore the activities around Mt Hood.
