My Poem for Teacher's Write Today | Sandra's Writing Quest
http://sandraswritingquest.blogspot.com/2015/07/my-poem-for-teachers-write-today.html
Monday, July 13, 2015. My Poem for Teacher's Write Today. Missing my grandkids right now, especially my grand-daughter. She has called me "Girlfriend or Grandma Girlfriend" since she was two. When here she is my writing buddy. We are actually writing a picture book together. But they moved so I don't see her and her brother as often. I'm really missing her today so I wrote this for her. I miss you since you moved away. I feel so lost inside. I don't know what to do or say. A part of me has died.

Friday, September 28, 2012. I had the students use the same rubric I used and grade themselves. I also had them make a list of things they saw they did incorrectly. Next I conferenced with them. The following day I gave them a copy of a high scored essay and we read it then worked our way backward creating a plan from it. So, what can you as a parent do to help your child? You say you aren't good at writing? Posted by Sandra Stiles. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Florida, United States.

Friday, July 6, 2012. My Character Stefan Meyer. Born August 14, 1966. Light reddish blond hair, blue gray eyes. What is your happiest memory? My happiest memory was the day I became a soldier. I had be taught that this was one of the best jobs in the world. I was proud to serve my country. I felt really privileged to be among the elite and serve on the border. What don’t you want anyone to find out about you? What is the best part of your personality? How would your best friend describe how you look?

Thursday, April 23, 2015. Where Do We Get Our Poetry From. The biggest question I've been asked throughout this unit is how to I come up with a topic to write about? How do I get my ideas? I've told them to observe the world around them. Look at what is happening in their lives. If they had an argument that morning, was it something they could write about? As You Like Still Upon My Chest by Sandra Stiles. As you lie still upon my chest. Your face framed all in curls. My sweet little baby girl. Ah, the sw...
