Life as a Warren. Welcome to the life of Amy Warren. Saturday, June 02, 2007. Brad has been bugging Shawn and I for the past year to come and visit him in Virginia Beach so. Shawn and I finally decided to make the 9 hour road trip north for our Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time relaxing on the beach and hanging in all of Brad's favorite places such as Dairy Queen, Chicks and Harpoon Larry's. Playing in the surf, and although we tried to swim with them, they didn't seem to want to swim with us.

Life as a Warren. Welcome to the life of Amy Warren. Thursday, August 21, 2008. I've decided to start running again. In 2003 Shawn and I decided to become "runners". That year we rand a 10K, a half marathon and a full marathon. We enjoyed the challenge of training for the races and we enjoyed that fact that we were in great shape that summer. Tuesday, July 28, 2009. So, I finish my run tonight, and I am hot and sticky and grumpy. The cloud cover that had deceptively intimated a coolish run had, instead, supported a scirocco-like wind. I am tired of the heat. And I am irritated. There's a knock on the door. This has been happening with increasing frequency in the evening. Wednesday, April 8, 2015. We headed to Mount Tamalplais state park for one more camping trip and discovered this gem of a campsite right by the sea. Well, actually they were out of campsites and we were forced to stay in a cabin. Cassia clapped with glee when we told her. The flowers were out in full bloom and I got busy with my camera. Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Cassia in a Box. She loves this game. Monday, November 11, 2013. Spent some time mountain biking and beach combing on Hornby this summer. She doesn't always smile for the camera. Awesome community centre entrance. Exploring the sandstone down at Ford's Cove. Adorable and tame (unless you have a garden on Hornby). Bikes at the recycling depot/free store. We sold this very boat after a spring. We went cycle touring! Like, way back in August or something. Small, Medium, Large.

Who knew Toronto had such nice beaches so close by. Since Ontario is mine to discovery I am going to spend some weekends exploring it a bit. Yes, those are nice beaches!
