Wednesday, October 24, 2012. I've been super busy and I haven't posted here in a long time! Our family has embarked on a healthy eating journey over the last 5-6 months and I am very pleased with the results. My husband has lost about 25 pounds over the last 9 months and I feel so much better knowing that we are eating healthy. I hope to share many of our favorite low fat, low sugar recipes with you! Monday, June 1, 2015. 10 lb bag chicken from Costco. 3 Tbsp lemon juice. 3 celery stalks, finely sliced. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken in crockpot with chicken broth, onions, celery. (Need two crockpots to cook entire 10 lb bag at once.) When tender, drain liquid and throw away onion and celery. Use hand mixer to shred chicken and then cool in fridge. Mix mayo, lemon juice, celery, dill, salt and pepper. Add to cooled chicken and mix thoroughly. Saturday, December 27, 2014. 1/4 tsp lemon pepper.

The greatest WordPress.com site in all the land! I personally think that the squash is sweet enough on its own and does not need any more sweeteners or calories. I kept it real simple. 2 T Olive oil. Salt and Pepper to taste. I baked it at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes, and it seemed to be cooking a little too fast, so I turned the oven down to 360 degrees and baked it for about 15 minutes more. This is what it looked like when it was done. Enjoy the great Fall weather! October 3, 2012. 1-2 T Olive oil.
