I signed up and went to class as many times in thirty days as was possible (usually 3-4 times per week). I also practiced on my own at home. That stated I never actually had to utilize the restroom while at the yoga studio; until my very last class. So I finish class, roll up my mat, and it happens. I have to tinkle. But then I stop.
