Thursday, October 11, 2012. The Kirwans Come to Town! We had a super special treat for Mardi Gras this year when Todd, Hillary, Cash, and Pierce came to visit us for the week. We could NOT wait for them to come! We love showing our friends and family how much fun Mardi Gras can be. We hit up lots and lots of parades and gave them quite a taste of the Mardi Gras madness! Tuesday, July 27, 2010. We welcomed Katelyn Jane into our family on July 1st at 9:26am. She weighed 7lbs. 3oz. and was 19 1/4" long. Two weeks later at her first doctor's visit she was already up to 7lbs. 6oz. and 21 3/4" long! She is eating like a champ and growing like a pretty little weed! Friday, June 3, 2011. I can't believe how fast this school year went! The girls had a great year in school and they were lucky to have such great teachers! It was sad to say goodbye but now we are looking forward to slowing things down and a summer full of fun! This is Ava on her first day of preschool, September 2010. Saturday, January 23, 2010. Skiing at Snow Basin. Today I gave Jada two options: 1. Go tubing. 2. Go Skiing. She didn't hesitate with her response. Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Caleb, Caleb, Caleb. March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, and Caleb's birthday. This birthday is a milestone for him. It's an understatement for what this kid has inside of him. He plows forward, unstoppable, never slowing, despite all the "disabilities". It doesn't matter, he will always be unbeatable. And this is what I've always prayed for, that Caleb would be incredible. Never did I imagine that this fulfilled prayer would bring a lot of exhaustion, heartache, confusion and worry.
