Gav mig ut och sprang min löprunda idag. Vad folk än säger om löpning så är det väldigt härligt att känna kvällsluften, se solnedgången och anstränga sig fysiskt. Idag kom jag på hur jag brukade springa innnan, ttsätt som var väldigtbra, det handlar om att sätta ner foten på ett speciellt sätt så att belastningen delas upp på hela foten. Till det stekte vi Cevapici, de var också gott. Såg på "Du ska nog se att det går över" filmen var lika bra denna gången som förra, trots det var andra gången jag såg den.
