Muscles get sore, the overstretch, they get twitches, they harden, they tighten, but they almost never break. I will give you this, they might snap, tear, come apart and even collapse, but break? Healing is a seriously interactive and (w)holistic process. All parts of your anatomy pitch in to deal with the trauma.

I recently had opportunity to visit the Yamnuska Wolf Dog Sanctuary near Cochrane ( yamnuskawolfdogsanctuary.com. So like the wolfdogs, mixed bloods, never to be one or the other, I am finding new ground, a new sanctuary. I will be keeping one class, Thursdays at 12 at Lion’s Breath. I am shifting my Saturday class to Shanti ( www.shantiyogami.com. Tuesdays World Health Mayfield 7-8pm. There is a purpose.
