Monday, November 18, 2013. What a beautiful BASH. BASH Magazine Volume One (from Image Publications) was launched recently and I was delighted to have been asked to contributed to the food pages. I took my inspiration for my feature from the cute song "I'm sticking with you, 'cos I'm made out glue" (by Velvet Underground) - Don't you just love that tune? Has been shortlisted for this years photographer of the year for her features in the mag, including this, so I'm super thrilled for her! Amazing. Pl...

Friday, May 24, 2013. My Style in Image Magazine. Check me out in the 'My Style' feature of the current issue of Image Magazine. Basically all boils down to me coming clean and face to face with my addiction to shopping, hoarding and colour after all these years. Thank you so much to Suzie Cohen at Image mag for making me sound amazing and fab photographer Cliona for making me look.well, like the Holy Mary! Caption suggestion from my dad for under the 'Shrine to Wine' photo. "If they only knew". Musings ...

Sharon Hearne-Smith: Some snaps from overhead...

http://sharonhearnesmith.blogspot.com/2012/06/udos-oil.html

Thursday, June 7, 2012. Some snaps from overhead. These are some photos from an Udo's Oil. Shoot that I worked on as mentioned in a previous post. Shooting everything in a collection in this way might be a bit of a headache to look at, so these shots were mixed with others shot in a more normal way. Anyhow, pretty pretty. Sharon Hearne-Smith: This Kit is Closed

http://sharonhearnesmith.blogspot.com/2011/04/this-kit-is-closed.html

Thursday, April 14, 2011. This Kit is Closed. Gosh, I've been a bad bad blogger! Luckily for me, it's not because I haven't had any work goings on to tell you about, but quite the opposite. More to the point, due to bumpy (see piccie in previous post) I was getting quite out of breath by the end of every day. I even found it hard to get the remainder of my 20,000 daily allowance of words out. Things must have been bad! Posted by Sharon Hearne Smith. Congratulations Sharon, thats great news! It certainly ...

Friendly Cottage: June 2011

http://friendlycottage.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html

Thursday, 16 June 2011. Our little pink chicken, Pearl, arrived in Spring. Perfectly on her due date of March 4th. That makes her three and a half months. Already! Pearl is just a dream. Sleeps through the night and everything. Well, mostly. She's turning out to be great fun now already. We're trying to figure out what we did to deserve such a fabulous little girl. We do however, sometimes wonder where we put the receipt for return. Nothing a cheeky smile from Madam can't sort out! Marty, sharon and pearl.
