the little collection: August 2010
http://thelittlecollection.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Of thoughts and things. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. This morning, my kitchen smells like basil from last nights dinner and ripening peaches. Lovely! My peaches from the farmers market were finally ready to be. Blanched, peeled, sliced and frozen. I love how these girls just slip out of their skins after having taken a hot bath! Now they slices of gold, tucked away and ready to eat all winter long. Andrea, the little collector. Saturday, August 21, 2010. The Quilt Retreat Post. Finally! So, sometime ago, V.

Thursday, January 7, 2010. Tops are all finished. I had to scrap as much as possible to make the fabric stretch! JP sent another box today so I was able to border the quilts, and now I will piece the back as well out of everything I have left. I tried to at least have 2 quilts for boys that weren't all flowery. The plaid and green one. They were so fun to work on! Will get these quilts. Thanks for Voting! Posted by Victoria Findlay Wolfe. Thursday, January 07, 2010. Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Monday, Ja...

Of thoughts and things. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Three Reasons You Need Quilting Friends. 1 They make you think. About how to make your quilts the absolute best they can be today, without going crazy. While you all were right that unpicking would be insanity, it made the problem roll around my brain long enough to realize that a little. SIS BOOM POW!: Baby blankets....???
http://sisboompow.blogspot.com/2009/12/baby-blankets.html
Wednesday, December 30, 2009. I squared up the sis boom blocks today, and as I was doing so was thinking about. How they will go together. I divided them up into piles of 6. And am thinking about making 8 baby quilts instead of 2 big quilts. I have yardage of a pink fabric. And of a blue fabric. And think that would be a nice way to finish them off. Then we can donate them to Project Linus or which ever charity that will accept them,. That we would like. How does that sound? Wednesday, December 30, 2009.
