Sometimes knits, but mostly blathers. Finishes 2008 and prior. Mum’s quilt. Made using Sugar Kisses pattern from Natalie Bird. Quilt measures 76 square. Quilt made using Fresh Cut (by Heather Bailey) fabrics. Used Stashbuster pattern from Buttonberry. Quilt measures 85 square. Quilt made using Posh pattern, but not fabrics, from Moda. Love the strong graphic of this pattern, which perfectly suited these fabrics. Quilt measures 88 x 105 – too big, really. Table runner made for Toni.

Thursday, July 24, 2008. When I started out but was I in for a shock! All I required was that the blouses not be sleeveless and no gaudy prints. Well, before I had left the first store (empty-handed, mind you), I had added another no-no to my list and that was NO PUFFY SLEEVES! Tuesday, December 4. My beautiful Gardenia. I am very fond of this, as I grew it myself, from a branch off another plant, which grew in a garden of a house we rented. Monday, April 8. I call this pic, which I shamelessly stole from some email or other,. My friendly Crow, telling the Cosmic Clown, who keeps attacking us, that he damn well better watch out! Recently, we were having a clear out of various unwanted pieces of furniture. I had a lounge suite, which though still very comfortable, had been relegated down to the garage, because it was surplus to our needs after we bought a new leather lounge suite. Oh, Where is the strong man? I cringed and died a little!

Tuesday, November 26. I will try to remember the long distant past, with some of my Life's Free Treats from childhood.
