Alphaeus and friends: Punishment or Grace? The Cross
http://alphaeusandfriends.blogspot.com/2014/04/punishment-or-grace-cross.html
Conversations overheard by the friends of a 1st century AD resident of Galilee. Monday, 14 April 2014. A reflection for Good Friday. Two individuals are walking with Jesus to the Cross, one on either side of him. One is Punishment, the other is Grace. Jesus condemned to death. They bound Jesus, led him away and handed him over to Pilate. The chief priests accused him of many things. So Pilate asked him, "Aren't you going to answer? They shouted. "Why? What crime has he committed? Jesus and the soldiers.

In this silvery now of living alone. Doesn’t it seem, I ponder,. On the flat roof of a factory. Or join Simon wit...

Contemplative space to kindle creative and compassionate living. The leisure of the soul is one of the most important conditions of spiritual fertility in society. leisure to become receptive, to reflect, to absorb; leisure to form a connection. and the hope is for contemporary society to become more deep in its perception and the only way to make it deeper is to slow it up. My Eco Self: August 2008
http://myecoself.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, 31 August 2008. My Eco Self made a particularly tasty Friday morning soup this week - it was a delicious carrot and red lentil soup. With my limited soup-making expertise, I've decided that lentils taste so much better in soup than potatoes. Despite this altercation, not the best start to a weekend, it was a really good soup.
