Cooking in the Country with the Conklins. Saturday, January 1, 2011. Well it has been over a month since we returned from our wonderful CABO. To say we enjoy Cabo is really an understatement! This was bub and my 5. Time and mom and dad’s 6. Trip We stayed at our wonderful Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. After being in Cabo as much as we have we didn’t really do any special excursions, although mom and dad did head down to San Jose Del Cabo which was a new adventure for them. Thursday, June 2, 2011. Beach 2011 - Gulf Shores. It was a long journey to the beach but it was worth it!
