To run or not to run. There is still a lot of fat on my body. Somehow my body now feels softer than it used to 8 months ago. And my suspicion is that this is due to the decrease in exercise which led to a decrease in muscle tone. I started asking myself: did I do all these squats and burpees and push ups because I wanted to look defined or because I wanted to be able to do them? Is it about the competition, about proving it to myself or is it about health and looks? Will it be running or light swimming?

But unfortunately the 2 cocktails a day (one in the afternoon, one for dinner), made my pain and discomfort worse again. I guess I will have to be very responsible with the alcohol if I don’t want to wake up in pain in the middle of the night.
