And then there were two. Friday, July 15, 2011. How to Celebrate the 4th. To start things off, we went to the church for a 4th of July pancake breakfast (yum! Afterward, there was a bike parade, where all the kids got to decorate their bikes themselves and then rode them around (and around, and around, and around) the parking lot for everyone to see. And then there were two. Wednesday, June 22, 2011. This year's birthday hike took place in Mapleton, and we stayed the weekend at a fantastic beach house just north of Florence. A quick trip to the beach where it was windy and cold. but still fun. And just playing in the sand.
