Monday, October 24, 2011. South Carolina Sept. 2011. Our family went on a vacation to Folley Beach, South Carolina in September. We absolutely loved the beaches. Thursday, May 26, 2011. On our way back from AZ we decided to take a few hours and stop over at the Grand Canyon. We went on a little hike and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was the first time for the family except for me, but it has been probably 25 years since the last time I've been there. WOW that makes me sound really old. Kate is my artist she will disappear to her bedroom with construction paper glue and markers and come out with homemade boxes, pictures, solar systems, gardens, you name it she can create it and it will be beautiful, with her skills she made each of her Birthday invitations, each one personal and sweet, above is the lady bug invite to her lady bug picnic. One of my favorites of KATE, she is 7. Mrs Reed her teacher.

Wednesday, July 7, 2010. The subway ride was more culture than I thought it would be. It was very interesting.and kind of scary actually. This was one of the nicer trains that we took. The Manhattan Temple. We arrived on a Sunday morning, but we weren't dressed to go in and tour the building. They also have church services in the same building. Battery Park (the Statue of Liberty is very small in the background). Central Park- New York City. One of the many bath houses in Rome. Outside of the Colosseum.
