Stephanie’s home and studio are in the San Francisco Bay area. When not in her studio, she can be found pursuing her other passions, reading, gardening and traveling, always with her sketchbook and camera.

Snewsom art studio - Landscapes and Seascapes. This is a view from the Benicia State Park of the Carquinez Strait. It was painted after the newest bridge had been constructed and before the oldest bridge had been dismantled. It is a bit of nostalgia for local residents many of whom remember when the oldest of the three was being built. This was a tranquil afternoon, the sun still settling into the western horizon.
