Saturday, March 10, 2012. Kelly and I went to see Oklahoma at the 5th Ave Theater last weekend. We haven't been to a broadway play in a long time and it was a lot of fun. His friend and previous professor Del was in Seattle for the week judging a piano competition and invited us to go. I didn't realize one could get cheap tickets to these things. Thursday, December 2, 2010. Ok last week Seattle got it's first snow, and really our first snow since we've been here. Seattle does not do well with snow. The entire city shuts down. We got 2.5 inches and it took Kelly five hours (YES! Not to avoid the Cheery 300 lb Lady this time but to not stand out in the snow. Saturday, May 22, 2010. We've been in Seattle a year! Kelly and I were just laughing about our trip up here and how crazy moving was. Very dramatical as I say. Leaving home is hard. We have made some new friends that we will have forever but Seattle is not home. We will enjoy our adventure here while it lasts but won't be so scared to go on the next one. Things we miss the most:. Playing the piano at all hours. Things we like about Seattle:. It is beautiful when the sun does shine. There is lots to do.

Sunday, March 4, 2012. I have also committed to not using so many chemicals to clean. I am so tired of cleaning the bathroom and breathing in fumes from cleaning products. I will not give up my Clorox wipes but today I grabbed the baking soda out of the fridge and vinegar out of the laundry room to clean my bathroom and. it. * *SPARKLES* *! What I didn't expect is I actually did less. I am not buying bathroom cleaner ever again! Why did I think these simple things wouldn't work before? We need to talk!
