Food for Thought: Autumn

An Ecstatic Dance with Words. A Bite of Wisdom. Let life happen to you. Believe me: life is in the right, always.". Friday, September 18, 2009. As we approach this new season, this time of growing darkness, I remembered this piece was sitting in my stuff, waiting to be shared. Also, with the New Moon tonight, also a time of letting go. Urge me to drop every leaf I don't need. Every task or bad habit I repeat past its season. Every sorrow I rehearse. Each unfulfilled hope I recall. The gift of letting go.

An Ecstatic Dance with Words. A Bite of Wisdom. Let life happen to you. Believe me: life is in the right, always.". Saturday, May 9, 2009. Under This Full Moon. I thought to myself. It certainly did have to do with my relationship to the Masculine. The cry released the heaviness and I thought I was done. "That wasn't so bad", I thought to myself. Organic Free Range Yoga. I’m not what I would have considered a yoga person….by Lori Blake. June 24th, 2012. When I moved into the Hillsdale area of SW Portland I still wasn’t driving and I made a trek through the neighborhood to make an internal map of what was available. One thing I found was OmBase Yoga. To me this was a potential gold mine. I waited until I got settled into my new place and my obligations settled down to approach this resource, the beginning of the new year. October 25th, 2011. The f...

I haven't blogged for so long that I had to stop and think to remember the address.that's crazy. Thanks to patient, loving friends, and the passage of time, the use of Shamanism and Naturopathic Medicine, I feel alive and more present than ever. The part of me that felt done and washed up, worn out and weary has re-awakened and reappeared more alive and present tha...

Food for Thought: There I Go Again
http://designed4joy.blogspot.com/2009/07/there-i-go-again.html
An Ecstatic Dance with Words. A Bite of Wisdom. Let life happen to you. Believe me: life is in the right, always.". Friday, July 31, 2009. There I Go Again. I did attempt to solve the work schedule by lobbying to work Fridays instead of Wednesdays, my logic being that a day off during the week would give me the rest and balance I needed. It seemed the perfect solution, until the Friday doctor cut his days and hours. How did you do this? March 4, 2013 at 12:31 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

A heart made crooked through loss and change is a heart that can love the world and its less than perfect people." Elizabeth Lesser. So, 2009 I think will be a year of stepping forward. Being of service ...

To spend any time worrying about cancer and none worrying about driving a car is, in acutality.REALLY stupid. When I read this message last week I knew it was what was happening to me.and I knew it was a direct message to let go.and yet.I cling.I grip.I won't relax and just stand up and walk gracefully, peacefully, in faith.to the new life waiting.what will it take before I stop holding on? Most of us are dragged toward wholeness. We do not understand. Links to this post.

An Ecstatic Dance with Words. A Bite of Wisdom. Let life happen to you. Believe me: life is in the right, always.". Sunday, October 26, 2008. A part of me is just waiting to be of service outside of this part of the world, and with many amazing great causes, it's hard to choose. I've learned from experience that this process is not intellectual and that true callings come as what I call a "BONK".it happens to you and you can't not be changed and do something.
