January 11th, 2011 Loulou. 我從以前就很愛吃豬肝湯，大學哇，好久以前的時候還煮過幾次，可是從來沒有成功過那時因為比較沒有錢，所以我比主婦還會計較士林夜市豬肝湯一碗30元，豬肝一副也才那錢，我幹嘛不自己做不過幾次下來我就知道幹嘛不自己做了，自己煮的豬肝總是會硬掉。今天我按照阿基師的說法，果然成功了原來燙一下就撈起來的快燙法是不對的，煮豬肝的重點是豬肝不是在沸水裡煮，而是要用80-90度的熱水燜熟，燜個五分鐘熟了後就要趕快沖冷水，不讓豬肝繼續硬下去。可是李黑不太捧場，只說了ça se mange 還能吃，我一直說這煮豬肝的技術可是一絕耶，你都吃不出來可他覺得嫩歸嫩，味道就是怪嘛算了，誰叫他沒有屬於夜市的童年呢李黑不懂沒關係，小黑懂就好。 January 8th, 2011 Loulou. Links to this post. 這讓偶想起多年前開車上船渡英吉利海峽到比利時拖拖拉拉的過程得先從內陸開到港邊在碼頭排隊慢慢滴把車開進船肚子一列列停好車走上船艙窩在長椅上睡覺偶搭滴是夜班慢慢晃到彼岸到船肚子坐上車裡耐心等著停車場封閉空間引擎空轉空氣遭透了慢慢開下船過海關上陸。光是排隊上火車停車固定車的過程，至少也要一個鐘頭上次托運偶家ㄚPia就必須在發車半個鐘頭前辦理了，安排車子只會更拖。這句話係沒錯啦，但是，如果說推這方案目的在提升地方觀光產業，那，為蝦米不乾脆鼓勵遊客來租車或包嚮導計程車這些不也是地方產業至於方便農產品北運的說法更是荒謬。 Posted by at 2:45 上午.
