Tuesday, February 28, 2012. A new ring for my left hand. Well ever since the break up my left hand has been missing wearing a ring. I had been thinking about treating myself to a new ring to wear for some time. A few weeks ago I remembered that my friend Caroline from work makes rings! Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Baby Blanket and Natalie's Lasagna. I know I have been slacking on blog posts lately. But I blame grad school and it being the end of the semester! I only have one more week of classes and only one final! So excited for the semester to be over! Ok on to what this post is about. The baby blanket is finished! Well I have been making it for several years but this is the first time since I started this blog I have made it. I made "Baked" Potato soup the other night for my parents and they LOVED it! It is so super easy! 6 Large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. 1 large onion, chopped (about 1.5 cups). 3 (14 oz) cans chicken broth with roasted garlic (or vegetable broth).
