So the rest of roads were well engineered for carloads of skiers on icy road which makes them perfect for summer motorcycle riding. A two wheeled adventure through western United States. Day 4 – Plans Changing. We ended up staying almost 4 1/2 hours before we finally left for one last stop at the track’s Cobra museum. Note that no cameras are allowed in the museum so I have absolutely no idea where these came from😉. We filled up in Wendover. Total route for the day was only 150 miles. On route from Miller to Salt Lake City, a distance of 27 miles, Greg ran out of gas…. It must be a fashion statement of some sort. We have arrived....

Just another WordPress blog. Country Boys BBQ and 3 Pass Blast. May 19, 2012. May 19, 2012 – Cashmere BBQ ride. Two scruffy guys, Randy and me (with Dean in the background). Once across the pass, we got off at Easton to ride some back roads all the way to Thorp before turning counter clockwise to return on Rt 10 to Cle Elum where we would then go north through Blewitt Pass to Peshastin, Rt 2 east and finally into Cashmere. Well, I was supposed to be on the road already heading towards my first night’s destination, but while packing up and checking tire pressures I noticed oil on the fork legs. This is not a good sign nor is it something I can fix myself. So instead being 100 miles from home, I’m waiting for the shop to open with the hope of getting it sorted out today to salvage the ride. More to come…. Will post up when I get in for the night. Ciao.
