https://ruthanne12.wordpress.com/2013/10/16/96-seconds

Good Clean Run: February 2015
http://goodcleanrun.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Five College Realtors 10 mile road race Amherst. Men for our respective masters (40 ) teams. A look at the results two hours later would prove my theory. Man for our masters team and we narrowly won by seconds over the BAA. It was that close where a lapse in a race can cost a team position in the game of seconds. The rest of the team did great with the open team 3rd overall and the Seniors placed 4th. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. USATF New England Grand Prix. June 12-18, 2016.

Racing Thoughts: Feeling older and wiser after an 18-miler
http://eringreenerunner.blogspot.com/2013/05/feeling-old-and-wise-after-18-miler.html
