Na hora de fazer o suco, bater COM CASCA.1l de água para 1 pepino. Tomar o suco de 3h em 3h. O ideal é tomar o suco de 1 pepino por dia! No entanto se não aguentar e quiser tomar mais pra "enganar" o estômago, ok.mas não se deve passar jamais de 3 pepinos por dia, ou emagrecerá menos. RESULTADO: Até 4,5 em 3 dias.
