Dual Language First Grade - Teaching Fluency. Monday, April 28, 2008. We all agreed that we like the Rasinski Rubric. We discussed whether we could use it as is or if we need to add anything. There was another rubric that listed accuracy as one of the criteria and we considered adding it to the rubric as well. Na hora de fazer o suco, bater COM CASCA.1l de água para 1 pepino. Tomar o suco de 3h em 3h. O ideal é tomar o suco de 1 pepino por dia! No entanto se não aguentar e quiser tomar mais pra "enganar" o estômago, ok.mas não se deve passar jamais de 3 pepinos por dia, ou emagrecerá menos. RESULTADO: Até 4,5 em 3 dias.
