Surprisingly Good and Good, Not Surprisingly. Apr 16th, 2010 at 9:29 AM. Surprisingly Good is the last book I finished, Demon Bound by Meljean Brooks. Good, Not Surprisingly is the previous book I read, which is the third part of the brilliant regency fantasy trilogy from Stephanie Burgis, which you will all have to wait years for as the first part is not even out yet.mwahahah! And now Shara Saunsaucie White was kind enough to ask me to participate at. In May, so I am going to compose my entry. Combined ...

The Science of Free Will - R.L. LaFevers
http://rllafevers.livejournal.com/35481.html
The Science of Free Will. March 29th, 2011. As a writer, one of the things I am most fascinated by is human behavior, the choices we make, why we make them, what calls or pushes us to one action and prevents us from making another. What drives the human psyche? Because the truth is, our preciously held and highly valued ability to make free, independent decisions might not be as clear-cut as we thought. With the work of Freud and Jung, much of what had once seemed like willful bad choices or evil, now ha...

Silver Garden - Stellar Magpie Illuminations. Jul 7th, 2006 @ 09:51 am. This is the last of the new stuff of mine that will be at Trek. Also, I picked up Alexandra's wedding veil from her last night (it's going in as a NFS), and I have been having WAAAY too much fun wearing it. July 7th, 2006 02:03 pm (UTC). Sarah, that's amazing. July 7th, 2006 02:05 pm (UTC). It was so much fun. And really, the wire has a mind of its own, it's amazing what starts to happen when you just let it do its thing. And I only ...

Scholastic Book Club edition of The Boy at the End of the World - Writing and Snacks
http://gregvaneekhout.livejournal.com/358798.html
The journal of Greg van Eekhout. Scholastic Book Club edition of The Boy at the End of the World. Jun 29th, 2012 at 7:32 AM. There’s going to be a Scholastic Book Club edition of The Boy at the End of the World, most probably in August. When I was in grade school, getting that Scholastic catalog was always like the best thing ever. I’d get whatever books they had on Bigfoot, UFO’s, and Dynamite Magazine, all sorts of random stuff. So to have a book of my own in that flier? Total bucket list stuff. I love...

News on NIGHTMARE ACADEMY. May 13th, 2009 at 2:23 PM. We had to put the oldest of our three dogs to sleep this morning. Her name was Lulu and she was fourteen, which is a very respectable age for a black lab. Here's a picture of her - she's the one on the right (weird Willy is on the left). 10 comments Leave a comment. May 13th, 2009 09:49 pm (UTC). I'm sorry for your loss. Apr 12th, 2010 at 12:54 PM. Hi, I'm back. I finally finished (draft but not final version) Quantum Gravity 5: Down To The Bone. I'm figuring out what to do next. I've spent a long time not doing much reading or TV watching so I feel quite out of things. I have to catch up! Every room in my house needs tidying. There seems nowhere to put anything. Argh. I hope spring finds everyone feeling renewed. 6 comments Leave a comment. Apr 12th, 2010 04:14 pm (UTC). WOOOOOOT for finishing the draft! Hi, I'm back.

Words from the inside out. A record of my journey as words push their way from the inside, out. Best Game. Ever. Feb 6th, 2012 at 8:52 PM. Saturday night was Game Night at my brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws house. Some folks rotated between games but I spent the entire night playing Telestrations or, as I like to call it, The Most Hilarious Game of All Time. I laughed so hard I couldnt breathe. I even got a headache from the laughing. So much fun. Picture heavy (but so funny! Welcome to Jersey Shore.
