Focus throughout on neutral spine. Definitely hyperextending on some of the bastard lunges. Need to get back into the tower crunches, deadlifts and heavy swings. Mt Pleasant Rd TT.

Side support, lower hips then extend heel - brutal. 7 x L pullups - made all sets but smoked me. 7 x HSPU - was completely wrecked by the end of this. 100 ft handtsand walk - shithouse, was wrecked by this stage.
