http://zoes1p36blog.blogspot.com/2015/06/two-great-days.html
Saturday, June 13, 2015. Ailsa and Zoe on Ailsa's Recital Day. I may have mentioned before, once or twice or a hundred times, that my girls have a special bond. Ailsa was so excited that Zoe got out hospital last Saturday- the day before Ailsa's recital. All week Ailsa was worried Zoe would not be able to make it. We planned on asking for a day pass.or just taking Zoe out of hospital against orders if it came to that! It was great to have that day as a family. It was an awesome day! Bubbles- always a fav...

http://zoes1p36blog.blogspot.com/2015/02/happy-birthday-zoe.html
Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Can you believe it, Zoe is 8 years old! The day was a memorable one for a few reasons. We had a big dumping of snow the night before. Ailsa had fun "helping" daddy clear the car off so we could go visit Zoe. Zoe was. In the hospital. Unfortunately Zoe had a rough past couple of months with multiple hospital visits and 9 different courses of antibiotics! Ailsa was so proud of Zoe, she told everyone, "It's Zoe's birthday! Zoe is feeling so much better today. We see more of t...

Aiden was born in September of 2007. 3 weeks after he was born, my husband and I found out he has 1p36 Deletion Syndrome. I thought writing this blog would be a good way to tell Aiden's story. Monday, February 7, 2011. 1p36 DSA Conference - Water Fun. He laughed and laughed and did not want to get out of the water. All the kids and adults really enjoyed this activity. I wish we had something like this close to our home. Enjoy all the photos! Labels: 1p36 DSA Conference. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

http://candle-ends.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
His intimate friends called him "Candle-ends," And his enemies "Toasted-cheese.". Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Ira is as busy as ever and finally decided that home schooling was more work than she wanted to deal with, which interestingly enough coincided with me going back to work and the end of her vacation from it all. It's about time. Misha is talking up a storm. He is learning to speak sentences instead of phrases and at school they are working on him saying things in 1st person, not 3rd person. Travel...

His intimate friends called him "Candle-ends," And his enemies "Toasted-cheese.". Saturday, August 14, 2010. We finally made it to the 1p36 Deletion Support and Awareness conference this year. It was, in a word, awesome. Finally we got to rub elbows, hob nob, and mix with all the people we have only see in .jpg format. We found out some interesting facts on the genetics of it and got to listen to the panel of therapists answer questions on a wide variety of topics. And went on a hike to Stewart Falls.

His intimate friends called him "Candle-ends," And his enemies "Toasted-cheese.". Thursday, December 27, 2012. My favorite Christmas present. My favorite Christmas present came early this year. It was a long time coming and actually required quite a bit of effort. But it paid off and is beautiful. Now you may be wondering what wonderful gift I am talking about. Here it is: Misha is pooping in the toilet! And I didn't get the flu that ran through my family. Good Christmas all around. Way to go, Misha!
