All things nourishing – foodie focused. The road to success……. Asymp; Leave a comment. I didn’t take much notice when I saw this picture yesterday. Then I slept on it and today had a eureka moment. How often are we aiming for something and end up focusing on the ditches instead of remembering the big picture? Sometimes I berate myself for not getting out of bed and exercising or eating too much chocolate – but big picture….i’m doing heaps of good stuff! Two steps forward, 1 step back. Roar!

All things nourishing – foodie focused. Breakfast on the run…. Asymp; 1 Comment. I was caught without breakfast this morning and so I popped into Grocer. Actually I’ll use any excuse to pop into the little deli. I love it! I grabbed some almonds, a date, a coconut covered date and a carrot and ginger juice (carrot is grounding and ginger is anti inflammatory – perfect). The almonds filled me up a treat. I find trying to think of ideas for lunches and dinners such a chore sometimes. So I want to remember this little number. I grabbed the ingredients from the amazing Spring Street Grocer. Around the corner (more on that another time). Capsicum (one of the best sources of vitamin C – especially great as I felt I had a cold coming on). Avocado (some good fats). Larr; Previous post.

Everything about our experience was spectacular and this was our 3rd visit.
