All things nourishing – foodie focused. I knocked up this little salad number today and it was delicious. I find trying to think of ideas for lunches and dinners such a chore sometimes. So I want to remember this little number. I grabbed the ingredients from the amazing Spring Street Grocer. Around the corner (more on that another time). Fresh Coriander and Mint (these are my current FAVOURITE herbs – just grab a couple of whatever you fancy i.e. basil and mint would be amazing). Avocado (some good fats).

Thursday, January 16, 2014. I then cut 6 equal sides. I first started by pinning each side to the corresponding piece of fabric and then just sewed it all together! It was time consuming, but TAKE YOUR TIME! I rushed and had to rip out several stitches because I sewed the wrong pieces together. At the last side I stitched on a zipper.
