Monday, August 3, 2015. Sora and I went north to visit my parents for an extended weekend. On the way, we stopped to enjoy the gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier. We also stopped to visit my uncle, aunt and cousin at a park for a playdate. We were too busy for pictures, of course. In all my years growing up so close and celebrating other aspects of Ski-to-Sea, I'm surprised we had never been to It All Ends in Fairhaven earlier. It was a fun day with beautiful weather. Wednesday, June 25, 2014. The Staff Have Arrived! The camp summer staff have arrived and are busy being trained by Kyle. This means he is super busy and Sora and I have a lot of time to fill. Sora is excited about making new friends and is slowly letting more and more staff into the inner circle. Luckily Kyle's program directors made the cut early on. No major spills yet. There are a lot of hills here at camp to ride on which is both good and bad of course. And in other news, I officially have a job!

Sunday, July 27, 2014. Sora loves taking pictures and going for walks, so a picture walk of our neighborhood was high on our to-do list! Thursday, August 6, 2015. Sora and I joined some friends on a trip to the caves. We had never been before, so I was super excited. Kyle is an avid spelunker, so I'm sure we'll be going again soon. We got to the park-n-ride an hour early, so we entertained ourselves with Sora's new kite. We also did some window drawing. Finally, our friends came and we got to see what all the hype was about. There was a small pool to play in near the waterfall, which Sora also climbed behind. Soras To Do List. It's 3 to 1.
