Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 Tbs Olive oil. 1 can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes. Sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Our food is prepared in house, made from scratch, including our crackers. Test Kitchen is located at 455 Brant St. in Burlington Ontario. Our new location is located at 2000 Appleby Line. Opening August 17th. We have a core menu of 16 items including Wagu Ribeye, Pan Roasted Arctic Char and In House made Pasta. Every 2 weeks we. A new 6-8 items and Test them out. If they make the cut, they eventually may make the core menu.
