Daily Drawings from the Boys. August 23, 2014. An August Date Night. Yep, I was a cross-eyed fairy who had a photo-bombing shrewd and knavish sprite behind her. When I was looking into date ideas for August, I came across the Portland Actors Ensemble. This year's production was A Midsummer's Night Eve. I knew that I had found a winner of a date idea! At 4:53 this morning, my sweet grandma went to be with her Savior. While I am so glad that she isn't suffering with dementia, I am heartbroken at her passing. Now that the day is winding down to a close, I am able to open up this box of emotions and sift through my memories of her. I remember walking with Grandma to the book...

Betsy was really excited to have some quiet around the house. Danny, not so excited as he had to go back to work! But then again, Danny IS excited about his new math courses for his Master's degree. So, it is a good August. We are all enjoying the closer proximity to school, only about 20 minutes on average to get to school!
