March 2016 Open Meetings. The CLP Consultation phase is ongoing and we expect it to continue through the spring until March 2015. We are currently reaching out to everyone in the Astons to ask what issues should be included in the questionnaire that will provide evidence for the final Plan. Please respond as requested in the flier that was delivered to every household in the first two weeks of February. March 2016 Open Meetings. First CLP phase was the setting up of the CLP programme management, delivery plan, governance, terms of reference, communications channels and budget. All these were completed between the launch meeting in March and September 2014:. CLP Steering Group first met in April - terms of reference and budgets are attachments here. Liaison between the Parish Council(s) and CLP Steering Group have been agreed including robust financial governance. The plan is attached here.
