Sunday, March 20, 2011. We saw new faces, new dancers, new moves by Shelly K. and an overall new energy brought to the floor last night at the Stoughton VFW! We want to thank everyone who could make it out last night. It was fun to play for a crowd that looked like they really enjoyed themselves. Some of the highlights of the evening were dancing to Ring of Fire! Way to go NKE followers and OMS newbie! Our next gig is April 23rd at the Stoughton VFW from 7-10:30pm.hope you can make it out!

Friday, July 29, 2011. Thank you all for coming out to the Pour House in Stoughton. We had a "HOT" time (smile) There was dancing, conversation, new and familiar faces. Monday, October 28, 2013. Where is the BACK 40? We just wanted to let you all know that we will be in Madison November 8th and 10th at the VFW on Cottage Grove Road. Friday the 8th we start at 7:30 and play until 11:30. Great Fish Fry and a large dance floor! Sunday we are back (in the front bar) from 4-8 pm. We would love to see everyone for a good dance party! With the weather getting colder, there is no better way than to get out on the dance floor and move around for warmth and of course a good time!

This casserole of baked eggs reminds me of food I had in southern Spain. I did a lot of cooking with my mom on my recent vacation. One night, we made a casserole of baked eggs modeled on a recipe from Joanne Weir’s Weir Cooking in the City. The men didn’t like the dish so much, but it reminded Mom and I of a great trip we took to the south of Spain. 2 cloves garlic, minced.
