Wednesday, August 31, 2011. I'm finally going to start using this blog to track my weight loss. I'm going to start on a low-carb diet called a Ketogenic Diet. You can read more here. I'm also tracking my food and exercise through the website MyFitnessPal.com. Progress pics will be posted intermittently. I have a weight loss ticker at the bottom of the page. Below that I have a chart that tracks my daily ratio of fat / protein / carbs-fiber. My goal everyday is a ratio of 65/30/5. Links to this post.
