One More Time (again! I am writing this blog about my journey on The Cambridge Diet. The title of this blog represents that I intend to do this one more time and then never, ever have to do it again! Sunday, 13 May 2007. You will be please to hear I am feeling a lot better today. No bitch from hell moments and all is calm in the house. My mum pointed out to me today that generally, a stone lost = 1 clothes size down. So that means in another week I could be in to clothes a size smaller! Before embarking ...

One More Time (again! I am writing this blog about my journey on The Cambridge Diet. The title of this blog represents that I intend to do this one more time and then never, ever have to do it again! Friday, 11 May 2007. Well, Day 3 is nearly over and I am feeling good. I haven't drunk enough water today although this is largely due to falling asleep this afternoon for 4 hours! I think because of the lack of water I have felt slightly hungrier today, but it wasn't too bad. Just a very musical tummy!

Saturday, 2 August 2008. So what has changed? I also know that not having mobility and other health problems at my current weight, makes me lucky and its not okay to keep thinking I'll be this lucky for much longer. I am 28 which means at the moment age is on my side, but not for long. So basically, ...I cer...

One More Time (again! I am writing this blog about my journey on The Cambridge Diet. The title of this blog represents that I intend to do this one more time and then never, ever have to do it again! Sunday, 3 August 2008. One more day to go. Well, I am really trying to cut down on my food intake over today and tomorrow as this will help me get in to ketosis quicker and hopefully help the withdrawal symptoms i encountered last time not to be quite so severe. Saturday, 2 August 2008. So what has changed?

Guinea's Blog: August 2007
http://guineasblog.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html
Friday, 31 August 2007. Day One Hundred and Fifteen. It's the end of the week, and what a week it's been. Monday's long drive from Scotland wasn't much fun, but since then it's got better and better. The diet was good this week too. Lots of water has been drunk and I've been on the bike every day except thursday. It will be interesting to see how this is reflected in next week's loss. So far, the more active I am the less I lose. I've no idea why, but I'm hoping this week bucks the trend. I had a great c...

Sunday, 23 September 2007. Day One Hundred and Thirty Eight. First thing this morning I went to B Q to pick up a file. This was the last tool I needed before attacking my kayak. I decided to install my fish finder today. I connected up the battery and lo and behold it worked straight away. Of course I will not know if the sonar works until I get it on the water, but the map showed me where I was, so the GPS works. Here's the shot from sitting in the kayak. Day One Hundred and Thirty Seven. I also have no...

My Weight Loss Journey: August 2007
http://bigjohn-myweightlossjourney.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html
My Weight Loss Journey. Saturday, 4 August 2007. Lost only half a pound last week whilst on my second add a meal week, although I did lose another half inch from my waist which was some consellation. I think I ate too much during AAM i.e had 2 serving spoons of veg instead of 2 tbsps, and had larger pieces of chicken then was recommended. This meant I probably came out of ketosis, although having said that its been 3 days since my last weigh in and I'm back in the swing of sole sourcing.
