Tuesday, June 02, 2009. The beginning of summer! Once again I must report that I have another sick kid. Micah had to go back to the doctor this week due to a terrible cough and runny nose. I took him in only to find out he has another ear infection, I'm praying the medicine will work quickly and he'll be back to himself soon. Saturday, July 09, 2011. I am feeling guilty. I've been looking through my friend Kristin's blog and realized it's been 2 years since I've updated mine. I am making a decision that I should post a new blog at least once a week. I love the years of our lives that this blog tracked and am sad it now has a 2 year gap. Friday, May 30, 2008. We decided to finally get Emmie's ears pierced tonight. We went to Claire's after dinner and had it done. Emmie did so great, she cried for a few minutes, but stopped before we even left the store. The did each ear separately. But she did great and sat very still. Thursday, October 23, 2008. This is NOT normal. For a few months Emmie has been jumping and within the last month she's started really getting of the ground. Sunday, August 31, 2008. Here it is after a lot of work this weekend.our deck. Still has work to do. He has to get the "roof" on it, it's getting cross boards to make the supports for the awning. The deck itself is pretty much done, we have to let the wood dry out. Some before we can stain and seal the deck. The color will be closer to a cedar deck but we haven't decided for sure on a color.
